HOW IS CENEXION DIFFERENT FROM MY LANDLINE PHONE SERVICE?

CENEXION provides all the equipment necessary for your phone service.  We back it up with unlimited tech support and installation support.  Our long term customers receive new equipment on anniversary dates to ensure that your equipment is always in working order.

HOW IS CENEXION DIFFERENT FROM MY PHONE SERVICE?

Yes.  We submit all the paperwork and do all the heavy lifting on transferring your current phone number to CENEXION.  It does add about 20 days to finalize your phone order, we can always expedite if necessary. If your number is transferable, we will help you bring it over to CENEXION.

One big difference is that CENEXION works over the Internet. You get everything you’d expect from a landline, plus the ability to take your home phone plan with you on your mobile—even make and receive phone calls on your smartphones when you download our mobile app

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

The major difference is that CENEXION works over your current internet service. You get everything you’d expect from a landline, plus a load of features like Voicemail to Email, Automatic Call Recording, and Cell Phone App.

CENEXION works with any high-speed Internet connection (like DSL or cable).  We’re not an Internet Service Provider, so you’ll need to have your own broadband Internet service from cable provider, DSL, Wireless Service Provider, or 4g/5g.
